Simple and Easy "Fill In The Blanks"  Listing Agreement
As a licensed New York State Real Estate Broker and member of the Long Island Board of Realtors and Multiple Listing Service of Long Island, Inc., a formal Listing Agreement outlining the duties and responsibilities of both parties (Owner and Broker) is required.  If you have any questions and/or concerns regarding this document,
it is recommended that you have it reviewed by an attorney before signing.
The following
Listing Agreement For Real Property is the same one offered by the Multiple Listing Service of Long Island (MLS LI-C (03/2007)) and used by most if not all traditional Long Island Realtors.

Please complete the following form, print, and sign it.  All items outlined in
RED are required.  We must receive your signed agreement before we can put your property on MLS.
I realize that at first this form may appear very complicated and extremely lengthy.  However, it is quite simple to complete and appears long only because it combines many of the standard forms that you would normally sign individually.  A review of the Instructions before starting will simplify the process greatly.  Call us if you need any assistance.
